If you are not satisfied with your purchase it can be returned for a full refund subject to the following conditions:

• To be eligible for a refund, all RGarden products, opened and unopened, must be returned to the shipper within 90 days of purchase. Vitalizer Plus and Keosan Water Filter must be returned within 90 days of purchase.
• For open bottles, only one refund per product will be given (you cannot return two open bottles of the same product and get a refund for both). 
• Any product received as a promotional offer must also be returned or you will be charged for the product kept.
• We do not refund any shipping charges.
• Restocking fee may be applicable at the time of claiming refund - Please inquire when making return. Fee can range from $5-10 for consumables and from $15-25 for non-consumables (hard goods)
• Orders that are returned and are deemed to be returned for the sake of a reorder due to a sale or special in back-to-back months will be asked to pay a shipping cost by the company in view of revenue lost due to the good will gesture of free shipping, where applicable. WholeEarthHealth does not wish to pay for shipping more than once on a value that it can derive benefit from one time, only.
